Recently the newly rebranded shopping centre, Castle Quarter, had a rebranding party. Part of this shopping centre opening was me providing a party atmosphere near the main entrance to the shopping centre.
The events they had on included a glitter paint bar, a Photo Booth, giant pac man inflatable, dance mat challenge and lots of competitions! There was also a meet and greet session with the local celebrity, Sam Bird. He popped along to the DJ booth for a mix and quick chat!
There was a silent disco already sorted further inside the centre which had 3 channels programmed to 70’s and 80’s, chart and Disney classics. As this was the case I based my music on this music brief.

Overall there were a lot of fun people who wanted to dance along and clap as they entered the shopping centre. It was great to have Sam Bird mix a couple of songs in during his meet and greet. He was a fun chap to have join me behind the booth.
